Room Monitoring Guidelines As Moderator your duties are to monitor the room activities and assist the DJ as needed. These duties include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming and assisting new people in the chat whenever you can.
- Promoting the radio in chat.
- Monitoring the names of new people coming in.
- Enforcing the rules of the chat.
- Promoting Guest to Member and/or demoting them as warranted.
- When spammers enter the room please use /pr for 5 mins before trying to stress urself kickin and bannin them.
- If you are a DJ and a MOD - Your job is to DJ and let others do the modding.

Mod Parking Guidelines:
Mod Parking is allowed... please add AFK if u are away and remove it when u return.

Kicking/Banning Guidelines:
***** RACISM IS AUTOMATIC 1 HOUR BAN! *****

** When one Mod is handling a situation, please be courteous and allow them to handle it.
** When Kicking/Banning make sure you are following XAT Protocol (legitimate reason for kick/Ban, etc.)

Breaking any of Xat's ToS (Terms of Service) is subject to kick/ban as well.

- Warning after first offense-or kick after warning if it is a name infraction(such as "DJ in name" or addy in name,etc. and not changed within a reasonable amount of time.)
- Kick after 2nd offense
- Upon azzhat's return, any further infractions are grounds for 1 hour ban.
- The exception to these rules are the C/N bombs and names containing them. They are subject to IMMEDIATE 1 hour ban.
-- Note: When banning please exercise 1 hour to start as far as the duration of the ban. The more severe the infraction, the longer the duration of the ban. --

General Guidelines:
- Remember our members know the Mods as their given name. Please refrain from changing your name unless its a permanent change. Minus the exception of auction add ons.
- Try not to gang up on a person.. that kinda' scares them away. Remember we are a team and need to work together.
